In my opinion these guys are a total scam. Or at least thats what happened in my situation. Below is a copy of the letter I faxed to them which details my situation with this outit.

Re; Termination of ‘so called’ services due to Fraudulent Activities perpetrated upon the ‘so called’ broadcaster’ by Live365, Inc.
At this point a demand for my full $416 is being made. And if it is not received here via Paypal by business days end this Friday EST, 11/27, then this letter, which is also posted to WYYR.COM in the menu bar as Live365 Scam, is also being sent to the following agencies.

And several other agencies. Plus, I will be continually adding all of this to my web site as well as posting Live365 Scam alerts all over the internet.
That is of course ONLY of I do not receive my full refund by this Friday’s business end EST 11/27. Once my refund is received, the issue is closed.
• Fact: There is NO broadcaster. It’s all one big façade.
• Just an imaginary service created by Live365 to install confidence into the ordinary laymen making them believe they are ‘some sort’ of a broadcaster.
• There also seems to be a fauxpas upon the ‘so called’ powers at be that would allow such a scam to be perpetrated upon the American public that one would think higher ones are either being paid off or not being paid at all, just to perpetrate such a hoax upon the common man to make him/her believe they are achieving something that is professional that is not.
• There is nothing here but a vacuum sucking money from hard working individuals who can easily do what they are doing and not having to pay anyone.
• Being a true professional and traditional broadcaster on both AM & FM radio for over 30 years, I am ashamed I didn’t see this scam coming sooner.
Here is how this scam went down, how I got sucked in, and how I was lied to on a much higher scale.
Mid October 2009 I contacted Live365 and spoke to a Rae Zander. I mentioned how I broadcast on traditional radio and have done so on AM & FM for 30 years and I would like to continue along the same lines using the services of Live365.
I was very specific as to what true broadcasting is all about and what my shows format is and if I can achieve the same thing. She was very professional and told me yes I can broadcast live, introduce records, and accept live callers. But the first thing I would need to do is come in as a ‘medium’ broadcaster so I can take advantage of the microphone & soundboard they will send me so I can achieve the same level of broadcasting as I always have and start right away!
I said fine, but at this point I can’t see paying over $200 for broadcasting. Her suggestion was to come in as a medium then downgrade immediately to an intro so it will be at $107 per month. This seemed reasonable so I went ahead and decided to take the offer.
So on 10/30/09 I faxed the paperwork over and on 11/3/09 Live365 received my Paypal payment of $416.00 from my Paypal address legalreps@yahoo.com.
From that day on all I received was aggravation including everything from my username being misspelled to people putting words in my mouth on the first day I called to question things.
On top of everything else, to this day I never received my microphone and key board which is essential in broadcasting. A whole month has just about passed and all that has happened is I am out $416.00 with nothing to show for it except a headache. Seems like the microphone & keyboard offer is just a bait & switch operation which is deemed illegal in all 50 states.
Then I have to be insulted with them telling me I can broadcast a show without such items. What the heck kind of crap is that? I was specific the very forst day I called about what true broadcasting is all about and that I can do that wit their sysem only if I get to them $416 which I did. Then I received nothing to achieve this true broadcasting.
Then on 11/11/09 Rae Zander sent me an email telling me that she just confirmed that the items were Fed Ex’d. And when I called every few days to check on this all I received were a bunch of stories of how they have no control over these things and that I need to understand this. Story after story. They all seemed to get bigger and bigger which then only amounted to nothing but a brush off and to just sit around and wait for it and it will show up when it shows up.
Here it is almost a month later and they still have my $416 and I have nothing. No broadcasting, though they say I can, and people handing me a bunch of stories and lies.
With all the laws in place in this day and age it is beyond my comprehension that such a 21st Century con job outfit could still exist.
If you were a respectable company, you should have sent me an email a day or two after receiving my funds informing me of the tracking # of my parcel. But all I received were a bunch of stories including the fact that your special offer that screwed me that was ending at the end of October is still being offered probably screwing even more people.
If you want to continue playing your deceptive little con game go right ahead. I couldn’t care any less. But you WILL NOT be doing it on MY dime!
Get my refund back to me now!
Our relationship is over and do not insult me with anymore of your sales stories or your phony baloney licensing issues or you will have issues with them as well.
Best thing I ever did was to join live365 VIP creating this software to work on mobiles is nothing short of sensational. Great quality.
I’ve been using radio365 for a week now and love it..the application lets you browse through thousands of advert free radio stations direct on your desktop without having to browse through the 365 website. The program doesnt work on Vista 64 yet but runs fine on 32 BIT Vista.
I looooooove live365. I was bored listening to my local FM radio stations and joined live365 and had instant access to thousands of quality online radio stations. Best website ever!
Live 365 is brilliant and free. I use the Media Center addon to stream live radio feeds to the TV in my living room. You can select from 6000 stations all free, great quality and real stations not bots or just loops of mp3s.
It’s a good site but too many adverts on the free version.
5 day free trial then just $8 a month…where else can you pay just $2 a week and get accesss to 5000 radio stations streaming 24/7? These days a good digital radio would cost you $150 but this site lets you pay just $8 a month and have quality, reliable streams for this many radio stations…you cannot loose by joining this site.
I’ve been using live 365 for years now and have never needed to pay for any music downloads. I just stream everything for one low price.
I now have live365 on my blackberry so i have it on the move aswell as streaming all over my flat. Best application for the iphone ever.
I’ve set this up on my blackberry and can now listen to my any radio station in the world where ever I am. It’s amazing what you can do these days. Application is easy to use, streams are in a mixed speed so you can get a steady stream based on your connection.
Filled with too many pre recorded shows and not enough live stuff. Free stuff is ok when you bored for a bit but the looping does get boring, Not worh paying for.
I’ve been using live365 for years and love it..they have added a new pay per download system which is also quite good but for me this is the only placer for internet radio that isnt your normal FM stations.

If you ever wanted to get into radio or like the idea of running your own legal radio station then live365.com will let you do this. You can easily setup your own radio statio, start broadcasting and making money. I love it.
A lot of good quality free radio stations..they do have limited slots available on the free version which does get annoying but you can join for unlimited access. Not many national radio stations it’s mainly small groups of people or solo people.
The idea is great but the desktop version and iphone application look rushed and need work using these it’s near impossible to find something good as you can only search by name not browse or see popular stations so you spend ages listening to stations you dont want. I suggest using the site to find the stations you like then add them to the desktop app and your moble.
I am subscriber to live365 end user service and also use it to promote my friends band..they charged us $75 which let us promote the band across other stations and sections of the website. It’s not just filled with radio stations it has great interviews, reviews and places for unsigned bands to get noticed. Well worth checking out.
Just got the iphone application which has a bad rating on itunes but I’ve foind it to be great. It works better on WIFI than 3G but now it means I can listen to my fav radio stations anywhere I am. Sooo happy
The biggest site on the internet for internet radio. Has thousands and thousands of free streams from all over the world. From big radio stations to small one person stations. Paid service gives you less ads, more streams and even better quality. I love the prank radio stations which you can get on here. A lot of internet radio stations are moving to live365 because of the changing laws on running your own station so this really is becoming to the hub of internet radio.
Good site, free and has a lot of pop music stations.
This really is a great site…a lot of radio stations who ran there own streams have now moved to live 365 due to the license laws so it’s a one stop shop for internet radio. No matter what genre you like you can find a good number of stations for it in different qualitys of stream. You can see how many other people are listening to it and advertising is limited. Great quality.
Some of it’s ok but a lot of the stations are poor quality using out of date recordings on a long play list not true radio stations.
If you want to run your own radio show then live365 will let you easily for it for just £7 a month. I do it and it’s a great hobby.
I’ve got the iphone application and paid $8 a month for unlimited access. Best radio application around and much better range of stations compared to the other applications on the iphone which just list a mix of ones they can find on the internet. live365 iphone app gives you vip access to 1000 advert free stations…no one else does.
All you need to do is look at the number of streams available..you will be amazed! Well worth the small subscription fee.
I really really like live365 it’s free from the website and has so much to pick from. Quality is good and 250 genres to pick from means I will never get bored and never run out of new stations to find.
6000 radio stations!!! I found this site last week and was amazed..I went from having a 15 poor quality FM stations to having 6000 from all over the world! Great web based program that can stream the radio station in the background all day long. No more being forced to local FM radio for me!
Just installed the desktop version of radio 365. Great little program which looks like car radio and runs in the tool bar of your PC. This lets you search through all the stations and unlimited access to 1000 advert free stations. You can make pre set stations of the best ones you like to quickly access them. No point spending hundreds on a wifi radio box when you can get this program.
It does have a lot of pod cast radio stations as I call them where its recordings that are repeated over and over not live 24/7 but it does have a few hundred of really good quality advert free stations that you cant get any other way. Worth the cost.
I work the night shift in a warehouse on a desk which gets boring so I always had on light night phone in from one local radio station…after 6 months the same format does get boriing..I found live365 and was amazed at the selection. Now I can be working nights and listening to a radio phone in a different part of the world in a different time zone..its the best website on the internet by far!
