This site is really for US consumers only. Great signup offer and has such a wide selection of music from all over the world. Searching takes time to give results but when it does you have hundreds.
Truly a great service. I think they’ve just fallen victim to marketing, because eMusic should definitely be getting more attention by the media!
The site has so much to select from but a lot of it is covers which I dont mind. Reviews system is good. Not the cheapest and tech support is very slow but if you are handy with PC you will be fine.
I downloaded 50 songs from this website because of a free downloads offer with my new Sandizk Cruzer USB. Couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw that they had some of the most famous Indian songs available for download. Even iTunes does not carry such a variety!
I’ve just signed up to the 25 free song trial after getting a flyer for this site in the mail. Very happy. Seems easy to use..first few downloads were very fast. Works on any mp3 player.
very good if you’re into independend music
The site is open to anyone but its really all american music. Not much for the UK market. Site is easy to use with all the normal features, reviews, rating, cover images etc.
Good if you like US bands but not much good for others.
emusic is a good site for the price. It have a nice easy to use clean website with no adverts. You can select to pay just for the content you want or per month. It has music from all over the world and anyone you can think of. New music, old music you are sure to find it. Nice and quick to download so i’m a really happy customer. I tell all my friends to join emusic for legal downloads.
My son 19 downloads a lot of rock music from this site. Me being 58 download a lot of the older music so it’s a a good one stop shop.
covers, covers, covers. I love covers and emusic.com is full of them. I dont know where they come from but if you like hearing different versions of the originals this is the place to go. I signed upto to a 150 free download plan then $15 a month.
Site is good but customer service is bad. It’s outsourced to india and they cant understand what you are saying. The music database is big and it has mp3s and types of music you didnt know were available. Good discovery trip and worth joining on the trial and staying a member for a month or two.
the most obscure of genres but with 6 million to pick from you are bound to find something for you.
Overall a decent service but I can’t say I’m too happy with the time it takes them to respond to support questions!
